HONEYWELL P644A-1039-2 INDUSTRIAL PRESSURE CONTROLLER. This item is brand new in the original box it is an open box comes with the original instructions and packaged with bolts.. this has never been used. It has been sitting around for a while it is an older model probably from the 1950s to 1970s. When I took the item out of the packaging there are some very small scratches.. please look closely at pictures. I can assure you this item was never opened because I had to open the original seal in order to make sure that this item was inside the box so it is all original never been used
